When you want the celebration to feel completely different from a regular party, the Private Ranch Party gives your family, organization, or group exclusive use of the entire Kids Party Ranch.

No public guests. No other birthday parties. The Ranch is yours.

Starting at $1,999 + tax for up to 10 paid children

Additional paid children may be added for $25 each.

The online request process supports up to 190 paid children total: 10 children are included in the base package, with up to 180 additional children available at $25 each.

Online adult attendance is limited to 275 adults. All Private Ranch requests are reviewed before approval. Final attendance must remain within the facility’s 500-person maximum occupancy, including children, adults, Kids Party Ranch staff, vendors, entertainers, outside service providers, and every other person inside the facility.

Larger or unusual events may be considered with advance approval based on total attendance, staffing, event layout, vendors, food-service needs, attraction use, and overall event safety.

Your Private Ranch Party combines our fully hosted celebration service with private use of the entire facility, included food, drinks and ice cream, arcade value, play access, karaoke, pool tables, flexible seating, and a full event team to help keep everything moving.

PRIVATE EVENT TIME

Your Private Ranch Party includes:

• 30 minutes of decorating and setup access immediately before the event
• 3 hours of exclusive private event time
• Full-facility cleanup and reset after the event

The event organizer and designated setup helpers may arrive during the included 30-minute decorating period.

All other guests should arrive at the scheduled event start time.

The decorating period does not reduce or extend the 3-hour private event.

At the scheduled end of the private event, all event guests must depart the facility.

Only the event organizer, designated family members or helpers, approved vendors, and Kids Party Ranch staff may remain afterward to pack belongings, remove approved décor and vendor equipment, and complete teardown.

Teardown and packing time do not extend the scheduled guest event time.

NEED MORE TIME?

Additional private event time may be added in 1-hour increments at $500 per hour, subject to availability, staffing, and advance approval.

Additional time must be arranged before the event and cannot be guaranteed on the day of the celebration.

Your Private Ranch Party includes:

• Full event staffing based on final attendance and event needs

PERSONAL SLIDESHOW REQUESTS

Private Ranch customers may request to display a personal photo slideshow on the main screen in the back room.

Customers wishing to display a personal slideshow must provide the completed slideshow to Kids Party Ranch on a flash drive at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.

This gives our team time to:

• Confirm that the flash drive and slideshow work properly with our equipment
• Test playback before the event
• Review the material to ensure that all images, video, audio, and other content are appropriate and permitted for public viewing at Kids Party Ranch

Slideshow content that cannot be tested in advance or that is not appropriate for public display may not be shown during the event.

• Included food served as part of the Private Ranch celebration

• Each paid child may receive either the included fountain-drink cup with free refills or one Apple Juice box at no additional charge. Juice substitutions do not include refills.
• Additional Apple Juice boxes are available for $1.99 + tax each.
• One serving of the family’s selected ice-cream flavor
• One $15 preloaded arcade card

BIRTHDAY STAR OR HONORED GUEST

One Birthday Star or Honored Guest Experience is included with the base package.

The included Birthday Star or Honored Guest receives:

• A venue-wide announcement
• A $40 preloaded arcade card
• An exclusive Kids Party Ranch T-shirt

Private Ranch Events may celebrate more than one Birthday Star or Honored Guest.

Additional Birthday Star or Honored Guest Experiences may be purchased when additional shirts, arcade-card values, or individual Birthday Star benefits are desired.

Your Private Ranch Party starts with 2 XL cheese pizzas, fountain drinks for the paid children, one serving of ice cream for each paid child, and ONE additional Premium Food Choice for the entire party — all included in the purchase price.

As the number of paid children increases, the number of included XL cheese pizzas increases automatically:

Each 16-inch XL pizza is double-cut into 16 kid-friendly slices that are easier for children to hold, eat, and finish.

In addition to the included cheese pizzas above, your Private Ranch Party includes ONE additional Premium Food Choice total for the entire event.

Choose one:

• One additional XL cheese pizza, or
• One Chicken Nugget Platter, serving approximately 10 children

The Premium Food Choice remains one total included item regardless of the final number of paid children.

Included Drinks

Each paid child receives one Kids Party Ranch fountain-drink cup with free refills during the event.

Adult drinks are not included with the party package.

Adult fountain drinks are available for purchase separately.

Included Ice Cream — One Flavor for All Paid Children

Each paid child receives one serving of ice cream.

Your family selects ONE ice-cream flavor for the entire party:

• Chocolate
• Cookies and Cream
• Old-Fashioned Vanilla
• Oregon Strawberry

All included children's ice cream will be served in the same selected flavor.

Food Service

Your VIP Party Host and event team serve the included food, drinks, cake, and ice cream to the children.

Food intended for adult guests and additional shared food is available from the designated self-serve buffet area.

The event team coordinates food timing with the kitchen and helps manage the transition from food service into cake and ice cream.

Private Ranch families also have access to our discounted Party Add-On Menu, available exclusively to booked Classic, Premium, Signature, and Private Ranch Parties.

Additional pizzas, platters, drinks, sides, and other available food items may be selected during the request process or added later, subject to availability and applicable ordering deadlines.

Additional food ordered for the event is prepared in the order received and may be served separately as it becomes ready.

Larger Private Ranch Events may require additional staffing based on final child count, adult count, food volume, vendors, event layout, and setup needs.

GUEST CAPACITY, TABLES & SEATING

Private Ranch is built for larger celebrations and gives your group exclusive use of the entire facility.

Kids Party Ranch has a maximum occupancy of 500 total people.

That total includes:

• Children
• Adults
• Event organizers
• Vendors
• Entertainers
• Outside service providers
• Kids Party Ranch employees
• Every other person inside the facility during the event

The online request process accommodates up to 190 paid children and 275 adults.

These online limits are not a guarantee of approval. Final attendance is reviewed based on the combined number of children, adults, Kids Party Ranch staff, vendors, entertainers, and other persons expected to be inside the facility.

Larger or unusual events may be considered individually as long as the final approved attendance remains within the facility’s 500-person maximum occupancy and can be safely supported by the event layout, staffing, food service, vendors, attraction use, and other operational needs.

TABLES & FLEXIBLE EVENT LAYOUT

Kids Party Ranch has 19 large tables, each seating approximately 10 guests.

Private Ranch customers may use up to all 19 large tables.

The 19-table total includes any large tables used for:

• Children
• Adults
• Food service
• Cake service
• Gifts
• Other event functions

Additional smaller tables and seating areas are available throughout the facility and generally seat 2–4 guests each.

Because the whole Ranch is reserved for your group, seating and table use can be arranged around the needs of your event.

Specialty Table Cover Upgrades may be purchased for up to all 19 large tables.

Each quantity purchased covers one table.

Additional smaller tables and seating areas are not part of the standard 19-table specialty-cover count unless arranged separately.

TABLEWARE & DRINKS

Kids Party Ranch provides plates, napkins, utensils, and serving supplies needed for the celebration.

Tableware is made available when food and cake service begins rather than being placed on tables before guests arrive.

Each paid child receives a Kids Party Ranch fountain-drink cup with free refills.

Adult fountain drinks are purchased separately and are available through our discounted Party Drink Packages for booked Classic, Premium, Signature, and Private Ranch Parties. Purified water is also available at the fountain and can be substituted for a soda.

CAKE, GIFTS & GOODIE BAGS

Families may bring birthday cake and/or cupcakes.

No other outside food or beverages are permitted unless specifically approved in advance.

Kids Party Ranch provides the cake knife and server, cake plates, forks, napkins, and a lighter. If candles are forgotten, simple backup birthday candles are available.

Your VIP Party Host will help coordinate cake service, cut and serve the cake or cupcakes, and package leftovers.

A designated gift area is provided.

Families may choose whether to open gifts during the private event. Please let us know so your Party Host can help coordinate the timing.

Gift opening does not extend the scheduled event time.

Please keep goodie bags closed during the celebration and distribute them as guests leave.

Kids Party Ranch is not responsible for gifts or personal belongings.

DECORATIONS, DISPLAYS & EVENT SETUP

Private Ranch gives your group more flexibility for larger and more elaborate event setups than our standard party packages.

With advance approval, event setups may include:

• Balloon installations
• Large decorative displays
• Backdrops
• Photo areas
• Floor displays
• Themed installations
• Cake or dessert displays
• Custom signage
• Other approved large-scale event décor

Glitter and confetti are not permitted.

Helium balloons must be securely tied to balloon weights before entering the facility.

Decorations and installations may not:

• Block exits
• Block emergency equipment
• Obstruct required walkways
• Create trip hazards
• Block attractions that remain in use
• Damage walls, floors, furniture, games, or equipment

Nails, screws, staples, permanent adhesives, and other damaging installation methods are not permitted.

Large installations, balloon structures, backdrops, floor displays, and other specialty décor must be disclosed and approved in advance.

OUTSIDE VENDORS, ENTERTAINMENT & SERVICES

Private Ranch Events may include approved outside vendors, entertainers, and service providers.

Examples may include:

• DJs
• Character performers
• Clowns
• Face painters
• Photo booths
• Photographers
• Balloon artists
• Decorators
• Entertainment providers
• Other approved event vendors

Outside vendors and entertainers must be disclosed and approved in advance so Kids Party Ranch can plan for space, electricity, placement, entry, and safety requirements.

All vendor personnel, entertainers, guests, and Kids Party Ranch staff count toward the facility’s 500-person maximum occupancy.

Vendor equipment and activities may not block exits, walkways, emergency access, seating routes, games, or attractions.

Outside vendors do not change Kids Party Ranch outside-food, outside-beverage, or outside-alcohol policies unless specifically approved in writing.

PLAY AREAS, SUPERVISION, ARCADE & WAIVERS

• The Toddler Area is reserved for children 6 months through 2 years of age
• The Indoor Playground/Jungle Gym is reserved for children 3 through 12 years of age
• All posted attraction rules and age restrictions apply

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children at all times.

Kids Party Ranch team members and Party Hosts manage facility operations and the event but do not provide childcare or individual child supervision.

Arcade cards may be reloaded after the included value has been used.

A completed Kids Party Ranch waiver is required for every child entering the facility to play or participate in attractions.

The waiver must be completed by the child’s parent or legal guardian before play begins.

Adults who are not bringing a child to play are not required to complete a waiver.

Children without a completed waiver may not participate in Kids Party Ranch play areas or attractions.

REQUEST, APPROVAL & PAYMENT

Submitting a Private Ranch request does not confirm or reserve the event and does not require payment at the time the request is submitted.

Kids Party Ranch will review the requested date and time, child and adult attendance, staffing requirements, event layout, food needs, vendors, entertainment, décor, and other event details before approval.

Once the request is approved and the event is ready to be confirmed:

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation unless the full balance is paid
• A valid payment method must remain on file
• The remaining balance will be automatically charged 72 hours before the scheduled event start time
• Approved add-ons or upgrades requested after final payment and before the event date will be charged to the payment method on file on the morning of the event
• Additional purchases made during the event are due at the time of purchase or by the scheduled end of the event
• All payments are subject to the Kids Party Ranch Terms of Service and Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

ALCOHOL POLICY

Alcohol is available for purchase by adults in accordance with state law and Kids Party Ranch policy.

Outside alcohol is prohibited.



AVAILABILITY

Private Ranch Parties are available Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, subject to availability and approval.

Sunday private events may be available by special arrangement. Contact Kids Party Ranch for availability and pricing.

Private Ranch is not offered on Saturdays.

Holidays, school breaks, and special-event dates may be excluded.

Large events may require additional staffing, layout planning, vendor coordination, and advance approval.
