The Little Ranch Party gives your family a right-sized celebration designed especially for smaller groups, including:

This 1½-hour celebration gives your family a dedicated place to gather for cake, gifts, and birthday time while letting you choose separately whether you want food, drinks, ice cream, or arcade play.


Your six included children may begin playing at the scheduled party start time and continue enjoying Kids Party Ranch through the remainder of that day’s public operating hours.


Little Ranch is a great fit for families who want a smaller celebration that still feels like a real Kids Party Ranch birthday experience.


WHAT YOUR LITTLE RANCH PARTY INCLUDES

Your Little Ranch celebration includes:

  • Play admission for up to six children beginning at the scheduled party start time and continuing through the remainder of that day’s public operating hours
  • Kids Party Ranch grip socks for up to six children
  • One reserved party table with seating for up to 10 total guests — six children and up to four adults
  • One small service table for birthday cake and gifts
  • A 1½-hour reserved table celebration
  • Plates, forks, napkins, and a disposable cake knife/server for cake service
  • Our included cow-print fabric table runner
  • Your own permitted tabletop decorations
  • Basic cleanup after the celebration

The Little Ranch Party does not include a dedicated Party Host, food, fountain drinks, ice cream, or arcade value.


PARTY TIME & SETUP

Your Little Ranch reservation includes:

  • 15 minutes of decorating and setup access immediately before the scheduled celebration
  • A 1½-hour reserved celebration at your party table.
  • The party parent or designated setup helper may arrive during the 15-minute setup period to decorate the reserved table and arrange the cake and gifts.
  • All other guests should arrive at the scheduled party start time.
  • The setup period does not reduce or extend the 1½-hour reserved table reservation.
  • Because Little Ranch children may continue playing through the remainder of public operating hours, your family does not have to leave Kids Party Ranch when the reserved table time ends.
  • If another reservation needs the party area, we will help your group transition to available public seating.
  • If the area is not reserved immediately afterward, you are welcome to remain in place and continue celebrating, relaxing, and enjoying the space until we need it. Our team will let you know at the beginning of your celebration whether the area will need to be cleared afterward.
  • Kids Party Ranch wagons are available to help move gifts, decorations, cake items, and other belongings to your vehicle.


SMALL-GROUP SEATING

Little Ranch is intentionally designed for small celebrations.

  • Maximum of six children
  • Reserved seating for up to 10 total guests — six children and up to four adults
  • One reserved party table
  • One separate cake-and-gift service table
  • Additional adults may attend, but additional reserved seating is not included or guaranteed.
  • When other public tables are available, additional guests may use them as shared seating.


Public tables:

  • Are not reserved for the Little Ranch Party
  • May not be decorated as part of the party
  • Must remain available for normal facility use
  • May need to be released if required for another reservation or operational need

Groups with seven or more children must select Classic, Premium, Signature, or another appropriate party option.


A RELAXED, SELF-GUIDED CELEBRATION

Kids Party Ranch staff remain available for normal facility operations and basic assistance, but Little Ranch does

not include hosted party service.


Your family manages the celebration, including:

  • Serving the cake or cupcakes
  • Managing celebration timing
  • Supervising children
  • Gathering gifts and personal belongings
  • Keeping cake, gifts, and party activities within the reserved table time

Kids Party Ranch staff remain available for normal facility operations and basic assistance, but

Little Ranch does not include hosted party service.


CAKE, GIFTS & GOODIE BAGS

Families may bring one birthday cake or cupcakes.

No other outside food or beverages are permitted unless specifically approved in advance.

Kids Party Ranch provides plates, forks, napkins, and a disposable cake knife/server for cake service.

Gifts may be placed on the designated cake-and-gift service table.

Families may choose whether to open gifts during the reserved celebration time.

Gift opening does not extend the 1½-hour table reservation.

Please keep goodie bags closed during the celebration and distribute them as guests leave.

The family is responsible for gathering all gifts and personal belongings.

Kids Party Ranch is not responsible for gifts or personal belongings.


FOOD, DRINKS & ARCADE

Pizza, drinks, ice cream, and arcade play are not included with the Little Ranch Party.

Little Ranch guests are welcome to purchase available food, drinks, ice cream, and arcade cards separately at regular menu pricing during their visit.

The discounted Party Add-On Menu and Party Drink Packages are reserved for booked Classic, Premium, Signature, and Private Ranch Parties.

Additional food purchases do not provide:

  • Additional reserved tables
  • Additional reserved seating
  • Additional party space
  • Additional party children
  • Hosting services

Food is prepared in the order received, and a specific ready time during the reserved celebration cannot be guaranteed.

Arcade cards may be purchased separately and reloaded as needed.


DECORATIONS

Families may bring small tabletop decorations such as:

  • Centerpieces
  • Small signs
  • Cake or cupcake display pieces
  • Other approved tabletop décor


DECORATIONS & TABLE COVERS

  • Outside tablecloths, table covers, and table runners are not permitted.
  • The standard cow-print fabric runner is included.
  • Specialty disposable table covers may be purchased through Kids Party Ranch as available upgrades.
  • Helium balloons must be securely tied to weights before entering the facility.
  • Lightweight banners are welcome and must be installed by Kids Party Ranch staff using approved tape.
  • Guests may not stand or climb on chairs, tables, furniture, or play equipment to install decorations.


The following are not permitted:

  • Glitter
  • Confetti
  • Balloon arches
  • Floor installations
  • Ceiling-mounted or wall-mounted decorations
  • Large display setups
  • Decorations requiring nails, staples, tacks, screws, or permanent adhesive


OUTSIDE SERVICES

Photo booths, character performers, face painters, entertainers, rental equipment, and other outside services require advance approval because they may occupy additional space or require electricity, staging, or special placement.

Approved outside services and equipment may not block exits, walkways, seating, games, or play areas.


PLAY AREAS, SUPERVISION, ARCADE & WAIVERS

  • The Toddler Area is reserved for children 6 months through 2 years of age.
  • The Indoor Playground/Jungle Gym is reserved for children 3 through 12 years of age.
  • All posted attraction rules and age restrictions apply.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children at all times.

Kids Party Ranch team members monitor facility operations but do not provide childcare or individual child supervision.

A completed Kids Party Ranch waiver is required for every child entering the facility to play or participate in attractions.

The waiver must be completed by the child’s parent or legal guardian before play begins.

Adults who are not bringing a child to play are not required to complete a waiver.

Children without a completed waiver may not participate in Kids Party Ranch play areas or attractions.


PAYMENT

  • The Little Ranch Party requires 100% payment at the time of booking.
  • The reservation is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.
  • Approved additions requested after booking may be charged separately under the applicable booking terms.
  • Additional purchases made during the visit are due at the time of purchase.
  • All payments are subject to the Kids Party Ranch Terms of Service and Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.


ALCOHOL POLICY

Alcohol is available for purchase by adults in accordance with state law and Kids Party Ranch policy.

Outside alcohol is prohibited.


AVAILABILITY

Little Ranch Parties are available Fridays and Sundays during designated Little Ranch Party time slots, subject to availability.

Little Ranch Parties are not available on holidays, school breaks, or special-event dates.

Reservations must be booked and paid for in advance.
