Table, Seating & Food Policy
Party packages are structured around groups of 10 children, which determines reserved tables and included food and beverages.
• Reserved party table seats up to 10 children.
• Parties of 10 children include 1 reserved table with food and drinks for 10 children.
• Party upgrade to 15 children includes 2 reserved tables with food and drinks for 15 children.
• Party upgrade to 20 children includes 2 reserved tables with food and drinks for 20 children.
• Party upgrade to 30 children includes 3 reserved tables with food and drinks for 30 children.
Maximum of 30 children per party unless approved in advance by management.
Reserved party tables are intended for children only. Adult seating is available throughout the venue on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additional tables for adult seating, gifts, or cake may be reserved on the day of the party (subject to availability) for $75 per table. Table reservation includes table space only and does not include food or beverages.
Food & Decor
Families may bring a birthday cake (cake knife and server provided). Staff will provide plates, cups, napkins, cutlery, and full cleanup.
Families may bring tabletop decorations, themed plates, napkins, cups, or tablecloths (table size 8 ft x 24 in). Setup may occur during the first 15 minutes of party time unless the table is available earlier.
The following are not permitted: glitter, confetti, balloon arches, floor installations, wall decorations, or large display setups.
Outside food or beverages are not permitted, including alcohol (birthday cake is the only exception).
Kids Party Ranch is not responsible for gifts or personal belongings.
Play Attractions & Arcade
All children receive a full-day play pass for the Jungle Gym or Toddler Zone.
Pony Downs is a pay-per-use attraction. Age restrictions apply to all attractions.
Arcade play requires reloading once the value on the game card has been used.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is available for adults in accordance with state law and venue policy. The bar does not accept cash.
