Signature Ranch Party – A Fully Hosted Experience for Larger Celebrations


A Bigger Celebration Deserves More Than Another Table.


When your guest list is growing and you want the celebration to feel truly special, the Signature Ranch Party gives your family more room, more privacy, more service, and more time to enjoy it.


Starting at $1,099 + tax


This fully hosted experience combines VIP party service, included food and drinks, ice cream, arcade value, play access, karaoke, pool tables, big-screen entertainment, and a flexible private-feeling celebration area designed around your group.


For families who have outgrown the standard party-table experience and want the celebration to feel bigger, easier, more private, and more special, Signature is the Ranch Party that gives everyone room to actually celebrate together.


Your dedicated VIP Party Host helps manage the celebration from guest arrival through cake and ice cream service so your family can spend less time serving, clearing, directing traffic, and watching the clock—and more time enjoying the people you invited. Larger Signature celebrations may require additional staffing based on final child count, adult count, food volume, and event setup.


Celebration Time - Your Signature reservation includes:

  • 30 minutes of decorating and setup access immediately before the celebration
  • 2½ hours of reserved Signature celebration time
  • 15 minutes after the celebration for loading belongings into vehicles and transitioning out of the reserved area if needed

The party parent and designated setup helpers may arrive during the 30-minute decorating period.

All other guests should arrive at the scheduled celebration start time.

The decorating period does not reduce or extend the 2½-hour reserved celebration.

During the final portion of the celebration—after cake and ice cream service—your Party Host and Kids Party Ranch team will already be helping package leftovers, clear the area, gather party items, and prepare belongings for departure.


After Your Celebration

  • The 15-minute transition period is specifically for loading already-packed belongings into vehicles and, if needed, relocating your group to available public seating. It is not additional party, food-service, gift-opening, or decorating time.
  • Kids Party Ranch wagons are available to help move gifts, decorations, leftovers, and other party belongings to your vehicle.
  • If another celebration is scheduled in the Signature area after yours, your Party Host will let you know at the beginning of your event—during setup—that the area will need to be cleared after your scheduled celebration. We will help your group relocate to available public seating if you would like to remain at Kids Party Ranch during public operating hours.
  • If no event is scheduled immediately after yours, your group may be welcome to remain in the Signature area until we need to prepare it for its next use. Your Party Host will let you know that at the beginning of your event as well.


What Your Signature Ranch Party Includes - For Every Paid Child

Each paid child receives:

  • Play access beginning at the scheduled party start time and continuing through the remainder of that day’s public operating hours
  • Kids Party Ranch grip socks
  • Included pizza as part of the party’s buffet-style food service
  • One Kids Party Ranch fountain-drink cup with free refills
  • Each paid child may receive either the included fountain-drink cup with free refills or one Apple Juice box at no additional charge. Juice substitutions do not include refills.
  • Additional Apple Juice boxes are available for $1.99 + tax each.
  • One serving of the family’s selected ice-cream flavor
  • One $15 preloaded arcade card


Birthday Star or Honored Guest

One Birthday Star or Honored Guest Experience is included.

The included Birthday Star or Honored Guest receives:

  • A venue-wide announcement
  • A $40 preloaded arcade card
  • An exclusive Kids Party Ranch T-shirt
  • A personalized table marker


Celebrating more than one Birthday Star or Honored Guest?

Additional Birthday Star / Honored Guest Experiences may be added so each honored child can receive the applicable special benefits.


Included Food

Signature food is served buffet style from the designated food-service area.

Your Signature Ranch Party includes XL cheese pizzas based on the number of paid children, plus one additional included food choice:

  • One additional XL cheese pizza, or
  • One Chicken Nugget Platter serving approximately 10 children

Each 16-inch XL pizza is double-cut into 16 kid-friendly slices that are easier for children to hold, eat, and finish.

All pizzas included with party packages are cheese pizzas.

Pepperoni and other available toppings may be purchased separately.


The family will also select one included ice-cream flavor:

  • Chocolate
  • Cookies and Cream
  • Old-Fashioned Vanilla
  • Oregon Strawberry


Buffet-Style Service:

  • Your VIP Party Host coordinates buffet timing with the kitchen and helps guide the transition from food service into cake and ice cream.
  • Additional food ordered for the celebration is prepared in the order received and may be served separately as it becomes ready.


Party Size, Reserved Child Tables & Included Pizza

The number of reserved child tables and included XL cheese pizzas increases with the number of paid children:

  • 1–10 paid children: 1 reserved child table + 2 XL cheese pizzas
  • 11–15: 2 reserved child tables + 2 XL cheese pizzas
  • 16–20: 2 reserved child tables + 3 XL cheese pizzas
  • 21–25: 3 reserved child tables + 3 XL cheese pizzas
  • 26–30: 3 reserved child tables + 4 XL cheese pizzas
  • 31–35: 4 reserved child tables + 4 XL cheese pizzas
  • 36–40: 4 reserved child tables + 5 XL cheese pizzas
  • 41–45: 5 reserved child tables + 5 XL cheese pizzas
  • 46–50: 5 reserved child tables + 6 XL cheese pizzas


Signature Ranch Parties may be booked online for up to 50 paid children.

  • Reserved child tables are intended for the paid children included in the booking.


Want to Add More Food? Signature families have access to our discounted Party Add-On Menu, available exclusively to booked Classic, Premium, Signature, and Private Ranch Parties.

  • Additional food may be selected during booking or added later, subject to availability and any applicable ordering deadlines.


A Celebration Space That Feels Like Yours

  • Your Signature Ranch Party includes exclusive use of the main Signature celebration area and karaoke stage. At no additional charge, you may also reserve both pool tables and the adjoining seating area for your celebration. Select this option during booking if you would like to use the pool tables or need the additional seating. If you decline, the pool tables and adjoining seating remain available to the public.
  • When the pool-table area is reserved, the combined celebration space can provide up to approximately 101 seats, depending on the final layout. If you decline that area, its seating is not reserved for your party.
  • The space is flexible. Kids Party Ranch may adjust the combination of long party tables, pub tables, and surrounding seating based on:
  • Final paid-child count
  • Adult attendance
  • Food-service needs
  • Event setup
  • Overall guest flow
  • Pub tables may be removed and additional long tables added when appropriate.

  • Both pool tables at no additional charge when you select the pool-table area during booking

  • During booking, tell us what you would most like shown on the screens and what you would be happy with as a backup choice if your first request is unavailable.
  • Seasonal sports and other available programming may be displayed during your celebration.
  • Programming requests are subject to available channels, streaming access, event timing, and venue limitations and cannot be guaranteed.

Tableware & Drinks

  • Each paid child receives a Kids Party Ranch fountain-drink cup with free refills.
  • Adult fountain drinks are available through our discounted Party Drink Packages, offered exclusively to booked party customers.


Cake, Gifts & Goodie Bags

  • Families may bring one birthday cake or cupcakes.
  • No other outside food or beverages are permitted unless specifically approved in advance.
  • Kids Party Ranch provides the cake knife and server, plates, forks, napkins, and a lighter. If candles are forgotten, simple backup birthday candles are available.
  • Your VIP Party Host will assist with cake presentation, candle lighting, cutting, serving, and packaging leftovers.
  • A designated gift area is provided.
  • Families may choose whether to open gifts during the reserved celebration time. Please let us know so your Party Host can help coordinate the timing.
  • Gift opening does not extend the scheduled celebration time.
  • Kids Party Ranch is not responsible for gifts or personal belongings.
  • Please keep goodie bags closed during the celebration and distribute them as guests leave.


Decorations

Families may bring small tabletop decorations such as:

  • Centerpieces
  • Small signs
  • Cake or cupcake display pieces
  • Other approved tabletop décor
  • Decorations & Table Covers
  • Families are welcome to bring themed party supplies!
  • Specialty disposable table covers may be purchased through Kids Party Ranch as available party add-ons.
  • Helium balloons must be securely tied to weights before entering the facility.
  • Lightweight banners are welcome and must be installed by Kids Party Ranch staff using approved tape.
  • Guests may not stand or climb on chairs, tables, furniture, or play equipment to install decorations.

The following are not permitted:

  • Glitter
  • Confetti
  • Balloon arches
  • Floor installations
  • Ceiling-mounted or wall-mounted decorations
  • Large display setups
  • Decorations requiring nails, staples, tacks, screws, or permanent adhesive

Outside Services

  • Photo booths, character performers, face painters, entertainers, rental equipment, and other outside services require advance approval because they may occupy additional space or require electricity, staging, or special placement.
  • Approved outside services and equipment may not block exits, walkways, seating, games, or play areas.


Play Areas, Supervision, Arcade & Waivers

  • The Toddler Area is reserved for children 6 months through 2 years of age.
  • The Indoor Playground/Jungle Gym is reserved for children 3 through 12 years of age.
  • All posted attraction rules and age restrictions apply.


Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children at all times.

  • Kids Party Ranch team members and Party Hosts help manage facility operations and the celebration but do not provide childcare or individual child supervision.
  • Arcade cards may be reloaded after the included value has been used.
  • A completed Kids Party Ranch waiver is required for every child entering the facility to play or participate in attractions.
  • The waiver must be completed by the child’s parent or legal guardian before play begins.
  • Adults who are not bringing a child to play are not required to complete a waiver.
  • Children without a completed waiver may not participate in Kids Party Ranch play areas or attractions.


Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required at booking unless the full balance is paid at booking, and a valid payment method must remain on file.
  • The remaining balance will be automatically charged 72 hours before the scheduled party start time.
  • Bookings made within 72 hours of the scheduled party start time require payment in full at booking.
  • Approved add-ons or upgrades requested after final payment and before the event date will be charged to the payment method on file on the morning of the event.
  • Additional purchases made during the event are due at the time of purchase or by the scheduled end of the celebration.
  • All payments are subject to the Kids Party Ranch Terms of Service and Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.


Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is available for purchase by adults in accordance with state law and Kids Party Ranch policy.

Outside alcohol is prohibited.


Availability

Signature Ranch Parties are available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during designated party times, subject to availability.

Holidays, school breaks, and special-event dates may have different availability.
